Lisa Hargus joined Moore Doeren Mayhew in February 2020, bringing with her more than 18 years of public accounting experience with Big Four firms. She has extensive international tax knowledge, including foreign tax credit calculations, overall foreign loss studies, repatriation planning, Form 5471 compliance, basis studies, foreign exchange or loss (987/988) calculations, Subpart F planning, earnings and profits calculations, IRS audit support, and modeling transaction results and projected benefits. Lisa’s clients primarily include manufacturers, trusts, and captive insurance companies. She provides compliance services, modeling, provisions and various consulting depending on client needs. Lisa has served as interim tax director for a large public manufacturer and a public auto supplier.
